Elmwych Comic P.57
Panel 1. Nighttime. While David sleeps in Lydia's bed, she is up and getting quietly dressed.
Panel 2. Interior of the attic room in Amy and Lydia's shared flat. Amy sits cross legged with eyes closed, meditating in a circle of salt and candles. Only her black cat sees Lydia flying past the window.
Panel 3. An arial view of the city at night. Lydia is flying above, heading for Elmwych cemetery with clouds of swirling hair trailing behind.
Panel 4: Elmwych cemetery. Lydia is hammering on the door of the mausoleum from which the beast emerged earlier.
SFX: BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM
Lydia: Open this door! I'm not leaving until you come out!
Panel 5: The beast emerges to face Lydia.
Beast: You again? Didn't I tell you not to come back here?
Lydia: Oh that's charming isn't it! No problem manhandling a girl, but you can't manage a simple hello! I suppose you want to put another crack in my skull?!
Panel 6: Seen from behind, the beast is taken aback as Lydia angrily confronts him. She raises her left hand in a disapproving gesture.
Beast: No! I'm so sorry about that. If there's anything I can do to help? Healing herbs? A nice poultice?
Lydia: Never mind all that!
Panel 7: The viewpoint is reversed. Seen from behind, Lydia holds out a few frayed strands of her otherwise perfect hair. The beast towers above her, holding a hand to his face in surprise.
Lydia (shouting): Look what you did to my hair!

57: Healing Herbs

Lydia is justifiably proud of her hair, it's part of her vampire heritage, so this beast has a lot to answer for! What can he possibly offer to make amends?
